Robin Hacke,
Founder and Member of the Investment Committee,
has been active in high technology since 1986 as a director, manager,
investor and advisor to numerous companies. An American executive with a broad
international perspective, Ms. Hacke brings to Portview a unique combination of
entrepreneurial, operating and financial experience.
Ms. Hacke is well-known in Israel as the founder of HK Catalyst Strategy & Finance,
an advisory firm that completed 220 strategy assignments for leading communications,
software and electronics companies and investors between 1990-99. Before founding HK
Catalyst, Ms. Hacke served for more than four years as Marketing Manager, VP Marketing
and CFO of an Israeli start-up.
Ms. Hacke presently serves as a director or observer on the boards of Alvarion Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALVR), BitBand, Mintera Corporation, and Aternity Inc. She is chairman of the Audit Committee of Alvarion. Ms. Hacke was a longstanding board member of the Israel Venture Association (IVA).
A former investment banker at Shearson Lehman Brothers in New York, Ms. Hacke holds a
Bachelors degree magna cum laude from Harvard-Radcliffe College and an MBA from Harvard
Business School.

Julie Kunstler, Founder and Member of the
Investment Committee, 25 years of experience in the high tech and banking
industries.
Ms. Kunstler has worked closely with rapidly growing companies, as an early
employee at Paychex, a U.S.-based provider of payroll and benefits processing and as a
director of Intralinks, a New York-based Application Service Provider (ASP) that
supplies secure digital workspaces to help enterprises and individuals communicate
and collaborate. She currently serves as a director of Fiberzone Networks,Teknovus and Teranetics.
As Chief Operating Officer of HK Catalyst, Ms. Kunstler advised companies ranging from
start-ups to global firms such as Siemens and ECI Telecom.
In addition to her operating experience, Ms. Kunstler spent six years in
banking as an analyst for Citibank and then as Finance Manager at Chase
Manhattan Bank. Ms. Kunstler earned a Bachelors degree magna cum laude from
the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Ms. Kunstler has taught courses on entrepreneurship and venture capital in the MBA

Sandy Roskes, Investment Manager, 10 years of experience in engineering, consulting, and venture
capital. He is based in Washington, DC, where he provides US support for
Portview and its portfolio companies.
Since joining the group in 1998, he has evaluated investment
opportunities, analyzed rapidly changing industries such as
communications software, optical networking, and wireless data, and assisted senior executives with strategy and business development issues.
Previously, Mr. Roskes co-founded a consulting firm that provided marketing and financial advisory services to
Israeli high-tech companies. He also served as business development representative in Israel for three American engineering and consulting firms.

Nick Jolliffe, Member of the Investment Committee, represents Henderson on
Portview's Investment Committee. Nick, who is based in London, has over 20
years of wide-ranging experience in venture capital, consulting and
management. He was in charge of portfolio management at Lloyds TSB
Development Capital and assessed investment opportunities at Lloyds TSB and
Prudential's venture capital arm. A chartered accountant, Nick has worked
at the board and management level with companies in diverse industries.
